    A very popular yakiniku restaurant located right next to Keiseitateishi Station. This time, I had the privilege of attending a special meeting of regulars. thank you.

    The store has a Showa era feel to it. This atmosphere is great! Usually you eat at the counter, but this time we had it at the tatami seats on the second floor.

    All of them were absolutely delicious! Not only was the quality of the meat good, but it was also a well-balanced cut, with a distinct yet well-balanced seasoning that went well with the rice.

    The avocado kimchi with its exquisite combination of sweetness and spiciness, and the fluffy texture of cubed lean meat left a lasting impression on me as a new experience.

    The meat quality and seasoning were excellent, but on this day the grilling was also excellent, which made it even more delicious. Yakiniku really changes when it is pasteurized!

    The staff has a great atmosphere and it's a really great Yakiniku restaurant. If I have a chance to visit you again, I would love to visit you again.

    We would like to introduce you to a small town yakiniku restaurant called Koizumi located in Kyoto Tateishi.
    ``Kyoto Tateishi'' is lined with cheap and delicious restaurants and is said to be a holy place for drinking. Among them, ``Koizumi'' is a popular restaurant with a wait time of one and a half years for reservations.

    ◆The most talked about restaurant in the Yakiniku industry right now

    The location is directly across from the popular Keisei Seki restaurant Uchita, which is currently the most talked about restaurant in the Yakiniku industry.
    It was originally run by the owner's grandmother for 40 years, and he took over the shop when she retired. The long history unique to town yakiniku is also one of its charms.

    ◆Waiting for a reservation for a year and a half

    Ever since I took over the business two years ago, rumors instantly spread that there was a restaurant in Kyoto Tateishi that served exceptionally delicious yakiniku, and within just the first year, it became difficult to make reservations. Now, two years later, I have been waiting for a reservation for a year and a half!

    ◆We are no longer accepting new reservations.

    The restaurant has become so popular that it no longer accepts new reservations. In other words, there is no other way to eat it other than having someone bring it to you.

    ◆ Needless to say, it was extremely delicious.

    Needless to say, the taste was extremely delicious. It's amazing how much the meat quality can change depending on the dipping sauce. Well, this is here! The flavor of the meat mixed with the dipping sauce fills your mouth and is irresistible.

    ◆Enjoy exquisite Yakiniku

    I've never heard of a yakiniku restaurant that doesn't take reservations so well, but it's definitely the most famous restaurant where you can enjoy the exquisite yakiniku that's well worth the price.

    The marbled beef tongue is almost white and you'll know it's delicious the moment it comes out!

    I roll it around on 6 sides to grow it, and you can tell how soft it is just by holding it with chopsticks!
    The more you bite into it, the more tenderness and lean flavor will be felt in your mouth!
    The garlic-flavored sauce on top of that is a total no-no!

    I'm not good at striped mackerel, but it was great because it had less fat and I enjoyed the texture!

    Yakiniku is a hit in terms of taste, atmosphere, and price.

    Steak is a cube of lean meat. If served medium rare, it will melt in your mouth.
