Stylish counter seats with a few tables. Lunch was normal. Seems this place is rated high for its dinner menu.

I'm so addicted to it that I've been going there 2-3 times a week lately.
Addictiveness that makes you want to eat it...
I ate the special one (1st one) and the regular Dandan noodles with soup (2nd one), but I'm a regular person.
Regular Dandan noodles can be served with or without soup.
You can choose between 1, 2, and 3 levels of spiciness and numbness.
2 is considered normal. You can get better vegetables for free.
I don't usually drink all of my ramen soup, but I like this one so much that I can't stop drinking it🫶

I had the spicy miso ramen.
It was elegant, sophisticated, and delicious.
But, to be honest, I preferred the Karasibi miso ramen from Onibo-san in my neighborhood.
Also, when I handed over the meal ticket, they just bluntly asked me, `What do you want to do?'' I think that was unkind to first-time visitors.
By the way, every time at Onibo, we ask, `What do you do about the pain and numbness?''
I wish this restaurant would also ask, How would you like the spiciness and numbness (amount of vegetables (← depending on the item)) instead of just asking, What do you want?
However, the ramen was delicious, so I would like to try other menu items another time.

I have never eaten such delicious tandan noodles.
Personally, I like it without soup, but it's also delicious with soup. At most I come two days a week.

Visited right after opening on a weekday. The most fun!
On this day, I had the garlic backfat dandan noodles. 900 yen too.
You can choose from 3 levels of spiciness and numbness, and I ordered both at 3. You can also use vegetables. Those are normal.
The Dandan noodles provided are loaded with back fat and Japanese pepper powder! From the visual appearance, it already looks delicious!
The soup is probably a basic sauce with just the right amount of thick sesame seeds, but the back fat and garlic give it quite a punch!
The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles, chewy and delicious, and the portions are quite large, right? It's quite filling.
The ingredients are quite a lot of bean sprouts! If this is better, I think it will be like G-type! ?
There's also a good amount of ground meat, so it's very filling!
These tandan noodles are satisfying in quantity and taste as well.
The restaurant is quite small with 5-6 seats at the counter and 1 table for 2 people, but it doesn't feel cramped.
If anything, it's mainly at night, right? It's a stylish store.
The staff's response is also very nice.
Personally, I think it's one of the best Dandan noodles in Tokyo! I think this is a store where you can say that.
