It was a descent Yakitori place in Yaesu side of Tokyo station. They serve rare parts of chicken like Chochin (ovary) and carotid. Their Oyako-don (Chicken egg broth bowl) that comes in the end of the course was remarkable. The restaurant was full of couples and having dinner with wine.

Yakitori Tetsu used to be in Kyobashi.
During the Kyobashi era, it was one of the Tabelog 100 Famous Stores.
I visited here while having dinner with a friend.

Located on the 1st basement floor, 5 minutes walk from Shinjuku West Exit.
The interior of the store is very luxurious,
There are counter seats and private rooms.
Since there were two girls this time, we were asked to go to the counter.

→ 1 luxurious item from 1 item.
Sea urchin, caviar, and rare chicken fillet wrapped in seaweed. Sea urchin is a very delicious dish.

・Kuroiwa soil chicken tataki
→ Fresh seared chicken is served with ginger.

・3 types of chopstick rest (lightly pickled, onio grated, chicken skin ponzu sauce)
→All three are delicious! Enjoy it in between the skewers.

→We will serve each skewer freshly grilled.
The heart is grilled over a charcoal fire, and the slightly charred color gives it a nice aroma.
It was my first time to eat brown mushroom skewers.
The taste of mushrooms is very delicious.
All the other skewers were delicious, but I was particularly impressed with the liver. The liver is perfectly cooked and rare inside, which is a must-try.
I was also surprised by the quail skewer; I thought it was cooked all the way through, but the yolk was runny. The seasoned quail egg skewers are very particular!
Every skewer is impressive.

→This soup that comes out to cleanse your palate is rich chicken hot water!
I want to drink this again.

・Scallops pickled in Shaoxing wine
→ How much is the plump scallop? Goes well with alcohol

・Seasoned salt ramen
→For the final meal, you can choose from egg-cooked rice, salt ramen, soy sauce ramen, or oyakodon, but I went with salt ramen and my friend went with oyakodon. This salt ramen is absolutely delicious!
The soup is clear and beautiful, but you can hear the chicken stock and it's quite delicious. My favorite noodles are also thin.
You can eat double the amount of this.
The oyakodon that my friend ordered was also delicious ◎

·Pudding
→The pudding is also an authentic pudding, with a smooth pudding and fragrant caramel! I was able to enjoy it with ease.

All of the dishes are delicious, and it's no surprise that this is one of the 100 famous Tabelog restaurants. It's going to be difficult to make reservations for such a beautiful and delicious restaurant in Shinjuku soon.
All the store staff are very polite as well.
I will visit again when I want to eat delicious yakitori.

Kyobashi's "Yakitori Kurogane"
I heard that they moved to Shinjuku in August!

This famous restaurant was selected as one of the top 100 restaurants in Tabelog in 2022!
The relocation destination is one block away from Shinjuku University Guard Street,
It is a shop full of hideaway feeling in the basement.

The store is very clean because it just opened in August.
The counter with a sophisticated atmosphere is perfect for date meals, and there are 4 private rooms. (4 people/1 room)
If you connect the two private rooms in the back, you can accommodate up to 10 people, so it looks good for dinner with a large number of people!

I had the omakase course on this day.

I was drinking melon sake at this timing, but I could taste the summer festival feeling.
