The atmosphere is classy / elegant. The shaved ice with matcha was very delicious and huge (enough for two), but every person had to order something, so we ended up ordering a matcha tea, which looked more like a concentrated portion (very tiny for 900JPY). The service was pleasant and they also serve you free black tea. I would have rated the place 5 stars, if it wasn't for the high priced tiny drop of matcha tea.

Noted some negative reviews, however our experience was wonderful. Seated straight away at around 12:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. The matcha kakigori was excellent. Expensive yes, but generous size and top quality taste. Very stylish environment and staff welcoming and friendly. Between two we shared one small kakigori and it was more than enough. Amazed to see others ordering the large serving for themselves - and finishing it too!

Recommended by a friend to visit this place for かき氷 (shaved ice) and certainly did not disappoint on a warm summer's day - went for the avocado flavour which was seasonal, and it was rich and tasty with light snowflakes and no crispy bits. The avocado cream was smooth and not too sweet, with cream cheese and more avocado cream near the base which worked really well. Pine nuts on top were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this for anyone to try. Beautiful venue with ambient lighting, overall a sophisticated feel to the place.

Only criticism was the service - there were always multiple tables empty but the wait was consistently over 20 mins for each group when I went, not sure why this was the case.
