Highly-refined and high-end sushi that still definitely leans towards simple, traditional preparations and flavors. This place isn't mentioned often on best-of lists of Tokyo sushi, but it probably should be.

It was Kurosaki-san's second time the other day.
The elevator opens exactly at 17:30, so even if you go early, you'll have to wait on the first floor of the building.
This is one of the best sushi restaurants I've been to recently.
The taste, the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the customer service are second to none.
The souvenir rose flyer is also one of the pleasures of having a luxurious breakfast the next day.
It's fun to see the chef's dedication to the dishes used, and it's also very educational.
It was by far the best red clam I've ever eaten. [Ark shellfish from Ube, Yamaguchi Prefecture] November 2023

It was the best sushi ever.
Every dish was really delicious and impressive.
I am very satisfied with the large number of items and the high quality.
We visited with a group of 10 people, and everyone raved about it.
The problem is that they can't make reservations far in advance, but this is a sushi restaurant that you definitely want to visit regularly.
