Visited for a company year-end party.
I usually go to Yokohama Hotel in Chinatown, but every time I eat so much that I can't do anything else, so this year I decided to go to another restaurant for a course meal and ended up going to this restaurant.
Chinese cuisine is said to be made up of four major cuisines.
Peking duck is a famous Beijing dish.
Shanghai cuisine uses fermented foods such as soy sauce, vinegar, and Shaoxing wine.
Cantonese cuisine that makes the most of its unique flavors.
There is exciting and delicate Sichuan cuisine, but this restaurant specializes in Sichuan cuisine.
I rarely go to Sichuan restaurants, so I was able to enjoy it!
It was characterized by a rather pungent spiciness, but it was also flavorful and you could enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients.
The celery and dried tofu were also very delicious.
Sichuan mapo tofu is very spicy but delicious.
It's a matter of taste and getting used to it, but I like Cantonese mapo tofu, but once I get used to eating it, I think I'll get hooked on Sichuan as well.
I think it's a good restaurant, not only because it's spicy, but also because the flavor of the ingredients themselves are unmistakable.
My companion, who is familiar with Taiwan, heard that it was cold in Sichuan so it made sense!
The round table in the private room was very nice, and the other table seats were also beautiful!
I would like to use it again next time with a small group!
Thank you for the meal.
