Service is good, one staff could speak English very well. Rang the restaurant to make reservation and the English speaking staff has been helpful.

Stairs up, shoes off, less tourists, authentic Kyoto dishes, great beers and sake, beef, conger eels, fishes, egg plant, marines, grilled, Japanese dishes traditional and modern arrangement, one person at the counter bar or group of six or eight...recommend to book a table.
