I received some new soba noodles. The owner said that the duck steamer noodles were thinner and the soba soup had been changed a bit. It was delicious. The store's recommended original Mesoba noodles

I waited in front of the store at 1pm for 30 minutes, and after entering the store, I ordered warm soba noodles, drank soba tea, and waited for about 20 minutes. The coarse-grained 100 percent soba noodles have a firm texture and flavor, and are lightly seasoned with just salt, followed by a rich, sweet duck stock, and then added with shichimi chili pepper containing sansho pepper for a condiment flavor. I enjoyed it in three ways. We finished the meal with soba hot water, which was a great meal. I thought there was a waiting time because the owner and the landlady were so polite with the food and customer service. It was advertised as the first 100 percent soba restaurant in Kansai.

A 100 percent handmade soba restaurant. The shop is small, but you can enjoy the original sweetness of soba. The soba flour is home-made from Shinshu using a stone mill. The condiment, wasabi, is grown in Azumino, and the wife hand-picks it just before serving it. Spicy radish can be enjoyed all year round. No smoking inside the store. For parking, use the coin parking lot next door.
Closed on Tuesday and Monday nights. Business hours are from 11:30 to 14:00, but if the soba runs out even within that time, the restaurant will close. The student ordered zaru soba noodles. Soba soup is Kanto style.
