I dined a wine pairing course, which was so very delicious. The portion of the dishes was just right, and paired glasses of wine matched well with the dishes. The service was also superb, and the people were very welcoming. I highly recommend travelers who want to experience good french food of Tokyo.

The Manchurian Pig was delicious, very high quality and cooked perfectly for the chef. All food was excellent and good portions. Chef and waiter were very friendly explaining everything to us.

Delicious French cooking with a focus on pork based dishes.
Went for dinner and opted for the 4,500 course menu. You get what you paid for and more!
First off, the food:
Utterly delightful combinations of fresh seasonal ingredients, such as peach, infused with masterful French cooking make for an incredible culinary experience.
The cold soup starter was light, with heaps of flavour coming through the tomatoes, going perfectly with the mozzarella and basil - ideal refreshing appetiser for a warm summer evening.
Platter of pork pate, foie gras, and cured pork with pickled vegetables (not pictured) was delicious. Whilst the chef really places an emphasis on different cooking styles and techniques used to prepare pork, the most flavourful item here was the foie gras that was marinated in red wine - can leave you speechless!
The salad with peach was simple yet a nice way to warm up the palette before the main course.
Star course of the meal was indeed the main dish - Shizuoka sourced pork (highest quality pork in Japan) with seasonal vegetables.
Dessert was peach (from Wakayama) with a fragrant lemongrass sorbet (not pictured). The peach was juicy and went superbly with the sorbet. Again, very refreshing for the hot day!
The service throughout the meal was amazing. Both the chef and the sommelier were easy to talk with and incredibly welcoming. Each of them shared impressive knowledge of cuisine and genuinely expressed passion for their job/food!
It made for a truly pleasant atmosphere, with mellow ambient music adding flavour to the background.
Definitely will be going again in the near future - one of the best French meals I have had in Tokyo!

French tradition with Japanese high precision. They use Japan best pork and the result is amazing. The wine pairing is very generous, only french wines and they live the bottles on the table so you can refill if you want. When the bill came, I was surprised the price was so low, I was expecting to pay much more. A great evening in Tokyo, thank you!

Everything was just perfect. The food, wine and service was incredible. Probably one of the best restaurants I tried in Tokyo. I would give 10/10 points to this place and will definitely recommend everyone visiting Tokyo to go to this place. The most friendly staff and the quality of the food, simply amazing!
