This was my first visit to La Cachet in 5 months on a trip to Nara to eat around.
I remembered that the food I had last time was so delicious that I decided to come back.

A cream sauce with a combination of lily root and milk...I thought it would be delicious with anything.
Is the slight bitterness of lily root an accent?

The slight bitterness made me feel like spring.

The mushroom sauce and crispy fried onions went perfectly with the slightly rich milt, making it very delicious.

The scallops, avocado, root vegetables, and persimmons were mixed with the salmon roe jelly sauce to create a carpaccio-style dish, and the oiliness of the avocado combined very well, making it extremely delicious.
○Yuzu scented snow crab risotto
The snow crab risotto has a crab flavor that spreads in your mouth, and is it ginkgo? It became an accent, and with the addition of cheese, it was very delicious.

Lastly, although it was reserved for private use, I was able to visit a French restaurant, which was the main purpose of my food tour in Nara, and I am glad that I was able to spend a very meaningful time there.

🌟🌟The store where I had the best time🌟🌟
After relaxing at the hotel after lunch, I had originally planned to visit with plenty of time, but due to heavy traffic, I arrived at the designated spot on the navigation system in 10 minutes, but the sun was setting and it was dark, so I couldn't find the store a few meters away. I ended up calling for help over the phone.
It really was a French restaurant located in a residential area. The chic interior is based on dark oak and white, making you feel like you've traveled back in time.The audience seats are spacious, and the cool music from the old days is played without being too harsh on the ears, creating a relaxed atmosphere. I had a great time.
The food is 🌟 super~ super~ amazing 🌟
From the beginning to the end of the meal, I was constantly excited to see what would come out.
I don't know anything about cooking, but this was a very delicious meal and the way it was served that made me feel like it was 👑royal French cuisine👑.
I'm already thinking about visiting again since it's 2 and a half hours away. I think I will be able to visit you without hesitation this time.
