It’s a really nice and cozy Italian restaurant in the Hongo Sanchome area. They are known for their fresh pasta and ravioli. We went during lunchtime on Sunday and it was fairly popular that you would not get a seat without a reservation. The pasta of the weekend lunch comes with gorgeous appetizers and bread which we both love them. Course’s dessert, fig cake, was also decent and fantastic! I want to go again.

We were a group of 8 and booked a lare table. I particularly liked their tender lamb chop. The pistachio gelato was also great. The space was a bit limited and hence the atmosphere felt a bit cramped.

This place is legit. They have a variety of pastas that you’ll likely not see in other places. Lots of people complaining about the staff but they were at best awkward for us. Grow up, reviewers!

Some other review is complaining about not having hot sauce or salt on the table, which is a wild thing to complain about for an Italian restaurant. This isn’t Denny’s!

Main complaint is I wish the drinks were a bit cheaper. Meal ends up being costly, but the foods delicious.

I struggle to accept this is Italian food and the service was strange. No carbonara lunch set. For dessert (pie) they provided a spoon (not a fork, which is standard) making it a challenge to eat. The lunch appetizer sauce was mayo (!!) based which is downright weird. And the Bolognese was SWEET instead of savory (it tasted like they added sugar to the meat instead of spices). Also no salt, pepper, hot sauce, condiments of any kind were provided. The waitress mumbled the dish explanations to my wife while ignoring me. Objectively it was a decent but overpriced lunch.
