La Façon Koga Review Summary

Creative and delicious.
I might be picky here but wrong spelling with wedding anniversary plate...

Very classical French cuisine. Not overly snobbish but with a thoughtful mix of rustic feel, heart, and personal style of Chef Koga. Excellent technique and creative dishes warrant a thorough study.

Was ok but nothing impressive

I visited on my anniversary. A number of creative French dishes that are very harmonious. The sourness and sweetness are both well-balanced, and although each ingredient has its own deliciousness, there are few dishes that combine the ingredients to create a harmonious flavor. In short, it is of a high standard. I thought the CP was also high.

I went there because it had good reviews.
The food is usually delicious. However, there was nothing that particularly stood out to me.
Maybe it was a coincidence, but the customer service was bad.
A plate that was incorrectly served to another customer was served to us as is.
I wouldn't complain if it was a cheap izakaya, but it's not good for a restaurant with this price. It was a shame because I wanted to enjoy the atmosphere.
