High-level cuisine, seasonal and local products. Creative chef who brings traditional Okinawan dishes back to life by giving them a French touch. The bread and wine are excellent and the seaweed or red wine sauces are a marvel with the fish and the meat dish. And the dessert plate is also as beautiful as it is delicious! Don't forget to book, places are limited.

I had lunch there in March 2020.
Currently, lunch is only available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and closed on public holidays. There are two types of lunch.
Either the Maison Claire Lunch is ¥3,500 or the Chef's Special Lunch is ¥6,000. When you call and reserve your seat, we will also tell you the course.
The store has a calm atmosphere.
There was a wide variety of alcohol available, including red wine, white wine, champagne, and sparkling wine. We also have beer, whiskey, awamori, and plum wine. There are various types of non-alcoholic drinks, and since it was lunch, I only had one non-alcoholic drink.
We had a course meal for 3,500 yen.
Appetizers are marinated squid and octopus
Followed by bone tail soup
The fish is sautéed white sea bream and shrimp.
The main dish is chicken roast from Yanboru.
Dessert includes gateau chocolate, pine roast, orange, strawberry mousse, etc.
It was a luxurious dish made with Okinawan ingredients.
Bonetail soup has also been introduced on TV. The soup, which took a lot of time and effort to make, had a delicious aroma. Bone broth is highly nutritious and has health benefits. I thought it would be a great place to go to for anniversaries, where you can enjoy each dish as a reward for yourself, and have fun with friends.
