A restaurant located quietly in Ginza 8-chome. It's a hidden gem because it's located in a residential area. When you open the solid door, you will be surprised to see the interior, which looks like the inside of a castle. I was really excited about the furniture and tableware that somehow reminded me of scenes from Beauty and the Beast. It seems like the owner's hobby is that he is very particular about the interior design.

The one below is a shiitake mushroom called Tenkeishō. It was my first time to experience the thick texture of abalone.
