I had the sardine broth ramen. The soup was very good and had a light flavor! Space only had a few seats, but the atmosphere was very cozy. Staff and cook were also very helpful!

I took the clam carbo (according to Google translate) and it was absolutely delicious. Don't forget to also get the kaedama.

【soup】
It's quite creamy and rich 😏 I've eaten shrimp ramen at several restaurants, but it has the strongest shrimp flavor 🦐 There's purple onion as an accent, but it's crunchy and has a really good spiciness 🥴

【noodles】
I felt like the water wasn't draining properly for some reason 💦 Due to the slime remaining on the noodle skin, the noodles stuck together and there were no gaps, so I got the impression that they didn't mix well with the soup 🫤
On the other hand, if you put the marinated balls back into the soup, the soup will get tangled with the water and it will be delicious😏

【roasted pork fillet】
The low-temperature-cooked char siu wrapped stylishly in a toguro is amazing 🥰👏 Soft yet retains its meaty texture 🍖 Amazing technique 😆

[Aedama]
Quite oily 🤏 You will be asked if you want to add garlic or not! ️Of course it is.🤛The oyster paste itself has a strong oyster flavor, but when you mix it all together, the oyster taste becomes faint.🤔On the other hand, the fishmeal does a good job👍
Also, for some reason, the bowl is bigger than the ramen 🤣

It’s 2 months!! ️

Apparently, I was very lucky to be able to get in after waiting for 2 people today 😳 I'm also curious about the other menu items 🫨 Especially the horse mackerel and sardine ramen that was sold out this time 🤤 Next time I'll definitely try this 🫵
