Very pleasant services and friendly staffs. Good atmosphere in classical British style. Tea time set is good especially something about cheesecake. The beverages are fine and excellent. Good experience:)

Had a lunch course at outdoor terrace. Nice weather, service was fast. Relaxing ambience and classic Japanese french lunch.

I recently visited this cafe with high expectations, but the experience was marred by an incredibly rude server. Upon arrival, the server merely pointed us toward a tiny corner without any guidance on whether we were to wait there or have our coffee. When we inquired about sitting by the window, the server coldly informed us that such seating required a reservation. His demeanor was both unwelcoming and out of place for this establishment.

Given my extensive travels in Japan, I can confidently say this was the worst service I’ve encountered. While I understand that reservations might be necessary for certain seating, the manner in which we were treated was unacceptable and did not align with the cafe’s usual reputation. After reading other reviews, it’s clear that not all patrons experience this level of service, which only adds to the frustration. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a more consistent and welcoming experience for all customers.

The food was fantastic. The menu contained a typo which you wouldn't expect when spending so much money per head. The cup given to me for tea at the end of the meal was dirty, which is also something I didn't think would happen. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Lunch at a Western style classic house built in 1930s. Serving great Japanese French food, price is affordable for the location and service. Open terrace and private rooms are available.
