I enjoyed this luxury lunch with variety of Soba noodles and many small dishes at no sign board restaurant. Small house has a cozy dining area for only a few groups available.
    So, reservation is always needed.
Nice texture and flavor of each noodle. The cource is omakase., I loved all dishes.

To be honest, since the shop is run by one person, the shop owner is always busy. While serving alcohol, making appetizers, and finally boiling soba noodles, he is also answering phone calls and dealing with customers who come directly to the restaurant. Despite such a busy situation, the boiling is done to perfection. I've come to be honest. This is a store that I want to tell you about, but also don't want to tell you about.
I think you'll understand this feeling once you visit.

A restaurant where you can enjoy soba in various ways.
A restaurant where you can enjoy the flavor, texture, and sensation of soba noodles.
He provides careful and detailed explanations of each dish, including its production area, seasoning, and how to eat it.
As for soba-mae, dishes made with seasonal vegetables and soba noodles are served.
I had only eaten thin soba before, and when I tried thick soba for the first time, I was very surprised by the strong soba flavor.
I regret that I couldn't chew properly because I was getting my teeth straightened.
There is a wide variety of drinks, and you can enjoy Japanese craft beer.
Sake is served with soba. The staff also seem to be knowledgeable about sake. (Did you know about the black cows of Wakayama?)
You can enjoy the original taste of the ingredients.
It's not a restaurant where you pair fish or meat dishes with sake, and end with soba noodles.

    Soba, mentsuyu
    A very wonderful shop.
    Personally
It's a shame that there is only one course.

    3 hours is the time
What I felt for a long time

    My reservation was for 18:30.
Apparently the regulars were at 7pm.
    without being told anything
I had to wait for about 30 minutes.
    (Drinks are served)

If you want to start all at once
I wonder if we should standardize the reservation times.

It was a shame because it was delicious.

To be honest, I think it's overrated. I felt that. Soba is delicious, but I think it's quite expensive in terms of value for money. The soba rush is wonderful, but the number, quantity, and quality of the other dishes, including the appetizers, are too small to leave you feeling unsatisfied. I ordered a large bowl of soba, but there was no difference between it and a regular bowl. I think 10,000 yen per person is quite bullish.
I couldn't say that there was any hospitality, and I could hear harsh exchanges between the serving girls many times, so I couldn't say it was comfortable. However, the explanation of the important dishes is so quiet that I can't hear it. I had high hopes because it was difficult to get reservations, but I can't imagine repeating. I think other soba izakayas are more satisfying.
