You can enjoy classic French cuisine using plenty of sauce. However, it's not Escoffier, it's Nouvelle Cuisine, so it's not heavy. Lunch is extremely cheap for Ginza. A homely atmosphere with only a 6-seat counter. It's also great to be able to see up close how Chef Nakazawa prepares the ingredients.

[The essence of French cuisine at the counter]
I've bothered you many times. It's located a little far from the busiest area of Ginza, so it has the element of a hideaway. The shop is small with only 8 seats at the counter. Being able to sit at the counter and watch the chef's every move, even though it's an authentic French restaurant, is a rare situation.
The chef personally serves the freshly prepared plates behind the counter, so you can enjoy the indescribable aroma of each dish that is unique to freshly made dishes and cannot be experienced at the table.
What is especially noteworthy is the deliciousness of the vegetables. Chef Nakazawa's gargouille was exquisite. Warm vegetables are so delicious! No, it can be delicious! I learned this for the first time.
The side dishes for fish and meat dishes also have more vegetables than regular French dishes, and they are all delicious. Of course, fish and meat are also delicious, and the vegetables seem to enhance and double the flavor.
I felt that this is a rare restaurant where you can enjoy high-class, authentic French cuisine in a homely atmosphere where you don't feel at home even when you're alone.

A small restaurant where you can enjoy classic French cuisine. The open kitchen allows you to enjoy watching the chef skillfully prepare the dishes.
The sauce is quite rich, but it doesn't feel too cloying. However, it seems to have calories (^^;;
The Omakase course was reasonably priced considering the contents.

The food is plentiful, and it's huge. Strongly salty. Classic French. It's not something you'll be addicted to, but it's a dish that's kind to your body. Of course it's not cute. This is not for people who like small courses and many dishes. It wasn't all that good, but it was all delicious. However, I guess the Specialty Gargouille wasn't quite what I expected. I guess that's what it is.
If you sit at the counter, you can actually see the food being prepared right in front of you, so it has a great impact. For me, I was excited to see the performance, but some people may be interested because it's so close to the chef. You can even see the packaging of the ingredients, and you can see exactly what kind of dish is being prepared, so there are no surprises. The interior of the store was mostly orange, which made me feel excited. I felt like I had come to another world.
The service was provided by a gentleman who was soft-spoken and extremely polite, but it was a pleasant experience.
If you go to the counter, there isn't that much space, so I think it's better to go there with the mindset of getting serious about the food, rather than just chatting or going on a date. I could sense the chef's enthusiasm and seriousness, and it sent a tingle down my spine. Personally, I like the direction of the restaurant and the chef's ideas, but even though it wasn't my cup of tea, I respect it. That's why I understand why the reviews on Tabelog aren't low. But honestly, I can't help but feel like it's being rated a little too highly.
It's unrelated, but what struck me was how cool the chef's mini-mohawk (you can't tell unless you look closely) was cool.

Visited for lunch on a weekday. French restaurant with 6 seats at the counter and an open kitchen.
Since there is a counter, it is okay even if you are alone. On the day, all three groups, including myself, were alone. However, reservations are required. (There was a person who wanted to come by on the way, but he was turned away.)
I think the wine is a little expensive. Since it costs 2200~ for a glass, I can't just buy multiple glasses. The food itself is very delicious and satisfying, but at this price, I'd rather have petit fours.
The omakase lunch course, a glass of champagne, and a glass of red each cost about 10,000 yen.
