A high-end French restaurant that has received a Michelin star. Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, reservations required. Reservations can be easily made by visiting the restaurant's website. There is only an omakase course, which is by far the most expensive course. The atmosphere is great as you can watch the birds playing from the window in front of your seat. I thoroughly enjoyed each dish, which included not only the main ingredients but also complements such as finger limes and natural watercress. For drinks, choose the 5,500 yen order. A glass of champagne, white wine, and red wine will be served to match the food (I forgot to take a photo of the white wine). The amount of wine was very elegant, and at first I thought it was expensive, but I was able to taste wine that I wouldn't normally drink, and I was able to experience a true marriage for the first time in my life, and I was deeply grateful for my choice. It was so delicious that I slowly savored each bite, and before I knew it, two hours had passed. I realized that it is very important to spend some money and enjoy the blissful time to the fullest once in a while. Did you know that you can really wash your life through cooking? By the way, I didn't know that the first store that opened after returning to Japan was Alpark.
