This cake shop is located a few minutes walk from Kamakura Station, along the railroad tracks after exiting the west exit.
They have stores in Yokohama and Nishi-Kamakura, as well as a store that only sells baked goods, so they are fairly active in this area, but the main store seems to be here.

I visited around 11 o'clock on a holiday.
The shop looks like a cute Western-style coffee shop.

There are tables lined up, so it's not that big, but it's quite relaxing. You can also see the garden. Small birds are also flying.

I heard that you can eat freshly squeezed Mont Blanc on a plate only for eat-in customers, so I went for that.
It seems that it was chosen as the 2nd place Montblanc by Nikkei Shimbun. I'm not sure how amazing it is though.

The Mont Blanc Paste is made with rum and has a lot of fresh cream inside, but it's light. The bottom is crispy meringue.
Although the rum is strong, it balances well with the fresh cream.

There were also chestnuts scattered around.
Alcohol is also quite effective here.

They have fairly classic cakes, but the other cakes look delicious, so I'd like to come again.
Close to the station and a hidden gem.

Les Anges Kamakura Main Store [Friday (weekdays) 10:25, no waiting]

Today as well, I'm at a solo cafe, TF.
Today, after completing my resident tax return at Hayama City Hall, I headed to Kamakura for the first time in a while.

How long has it been since I got off at Kamakura?

Today is also a great opportunity, as snow is forecast for the Kanto region.

First, I took a quick look at a certain cafe on Komachii Dori to see what was going on, but there were surprisingly many people there.
Since I was in a relaxed mood, I decided to go to Les Anges Kamakura Main Branch on the other side.

As expected, only one person purchased a cake, and was probably the first one to eat in.
I was told that I was free, so I took a seat in the back where the light hit me, and ordered a Mont Blanc, which was more luxurious than the normal one.

The most important thing is the taste, but it was average. My favorite cakes are shortcakes and chocolate cakes, so Mont Blanc might have been too sweet for me. I think it's perfect for those who like sweet things.

The space had a good atmosphere and I was able to relax by myself from beginning to end.
Thank you for the meal.
