However, I struggled with the charcoal grill and checked the heat several times, and the two kinds of piping hot meat were so delicious that I removed the fish and added a plate of pork.

We also have non-alcoholic red and white wine and coffee.The triple main dish of amuse, cottage cheese with lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables, charcoal-grilled Ezo deer lamp, wagyu beef, and pork is definitely delicious.
It's soft and odorless, has a strong flavor, and goes well with alcohol.It was a satisfying lunch course with dessert and coffee.
Charcoal-grilled freshly prepared meat is rare and delicious.

Store exterior Sweets shop The inside of the store is theater-style with 2 rows and 1 table at the back. The chef and the floor staff serve 7 to 6 dishes for lunch for 12 people non-stop. The chef keeps track of the progress of the customers every few minutes. Visually check the floor, drink free buckets, free water, etc., and call out to them and lower the plates.Furthermore, the food is exceptionally delicious, with 2 types of wild and voluminous meat.The Ezo deer is the best ever, tender and like roast beef, and the inside is rare and thick. No smell at all
Ezo deer is popular these days, and it is available in the lunch course.
It's something completely different. The wagyu beef was soft and had a black pepper punch, making it easy to eat and filling the heaping plate. I heard that you can also choose duck and pork, so I'd like to visit. The cost performance is great.

When you open the dome-shaped lid of the first dish, the swordfish, you can smell the aroma of apple smoke. I can already feel Leatherom.
And the aromatic charcoal-grilled swordfish and Senju green onions are super delicious.
The second appetizer parfait is made with seasonal persimmons and pears, as well as ginger and fruit that are gentle on the throat so that you don't get sick during the change of season.
“Foie Gras Monaka” is a must-try. Foie gras terrine caramelized with homemade red bean paste.

Another great thing about Aranmilia is that it is reasonably priced even though it is non-alcoholic.

Each dish had its own character and was delicious. The photo of the second appetizer doesn't really stand out, but the smoked chips had a nice aroma and left an impression on me. The specially ordered mushroom salad is the perfect accompaniment to alcohol. The added wine was also very good.
The only thing missing was that the grilled bamboo shoots were quite hard...Is it around the end of bamboo shoots? Maybe.
It's a small restaurant and a bit cramped, but the cost performance of the courses with pairings was good, and the service was attentive, so overall I was very satisfied. I visited in April, but I would like to visit again.
