If you ever wanted to try French dining in Japan, I cannot recommend this place enough. This was the best tasting food I have eaten in Tokyo.

The food was superb and was done by the chef in front of you. We made reservations a month ahead since this place is only known by locals.

We ate a 10 course meal. The food was made by the available seasonal food but we also noticed that the food was also inspired by the guests.

We ate a Filipino Sinigang that was surprisingly good but did not look like your typical Sinigang.

My wife was very happy on the setup, food, drinks and the chef was lively to talk to. This food experience was really great.

We will surely return on our next Anniversary!

"Loop" moved from Takadanobaba.
I visited with three friends ♩

About 10 minutes walk from Metro Asakusa Station.
It took about 4 minutes to get there at Tawaramachi Station!

Please note that there is no signboard at the entrance yet.
I don't know if I'll make one lol

There is one counter and one table inside.
This time it was reserved for us (*^^*)

The operation is run by the chef and one other person.
He was a very friendly chef and we talked all the time (lol)

~ One day's Omakase course ~ 9,900 yen including tax

◆Western-style chawanmushi
The fresh margao (something like pepper) has a nice aroma and is a nice accent.

◆Steamed eggplant
Bake until the surface is charred▶︎Pour oil on top▶︎Steam with steam
That seems to be the process.
The foie jiao and ginger sauce soaked into the eggplant and was delicious.

◆Mackerel
The horse mackerel, which is marinated in salt and vinegar water, goes perfectly with homemade sour cream.
The wine is flowing.

◆Wagyu corned beef
With homemade milk bread. Bread that is fluffy and has a sweet buttery scent.
With the saltiness of corned beef and mustard ◎

◆Steamed cabbage
bouillabaisse. Yellowtail topped with karasumi.
Olive oil is also an accent.

◆Beef sushi
It seems to be the same iron plate from before the move!
This time I had rib roast with wasabi. Melting deliciousness ♥

◆Gazpacho
An interesting item with smoked flavor.

◆Natural red sea bream bran
With tomato sauce.
Now combine it with the bread from earlier.
The longer you wait, the more buttery the scent will become.

◆Oolong tea and orange granita

◆Pig rose cartilage
So-called Soki.
It's said to be boiled down with chives and balsamic vinegar to remove the fat.
Goes well with Japanese mustard curry sauce!

◆Ziro fan
It’s made with fermented butter and is extremely delicious ( ¨̮ )

◆Mango ice cream pure brown sugar syrup
Plenty of shang fen yuan (basil seeds) on top.
I was surprised at how well the mango and brown sugar syrup go together.

◆Walnut brownie
The brownies are also rich and delicious.

At the end, I received some homemade shichimi as a souvenir!
Taiwanese essence is incorporated, but the genre
The food was delicious without any restrictions ♡

Thank you for the meal♩

A creative restaurant where you can enjoy a variety of dishes.
You can feel the commitment to each and every item, and the dishes are served in pursuit of deliciousness.
It's a fun restaurant that no matter how many times you visit, it's difficult to conquer the entire menu.
