This place is absolutely fantastic, and this chef is very passionate about his craft. Chef Tatsuhito Uchita presented us with wonderful progression of Japanese style Chinese cusine. The soup is superb steaming for 2 days delicious flavors. Mapo tofu, and the roasted shark's fin. All paired with a fantatstic wine coursed, or you can chose your own from a very good curated list by Chef sommelier Ippei Hanajima. Very delicious and wonderful experience from this restaurant.

This soup that comes out first is the best.
    your body will feel better
This was my first time eating conger eel, and it was thick and went well with the chili pepper.
The wine they brought to go with the meal was also delicious.

The food is great. I was impressed by the large number of items, and each dish was carefully prepared, and I felt the warmth, delicacy, and pride of the chef. Everything is delicious and you'll probably get addicted to the mapo tofu! As a gift for my birthday, the chef drew a picture on my plate, and from behind the counter he said, ``Congratulations, Komazaisu💕''...My heart was warmed by the unexpected gesture and kind voice from my friend. At a high-end Chinese restaurant in Ginza, I was able to have a fun meal with food, drinks, and tea without having to strain my shoulders👦😊
    Thank you 💕

This is my second visit. I was thrilled to be able to eat my long-awaited shark fin again.
I am very satisfied with the content, quantity, and atmosphere.
Both the chef and sommelier are handsome.

    Overall delicious 🍴😆✨
The taste is mainland, not Japanese Chinese.
You should definitely try the Shanghai crab flavor until the end of January. It's not the taste I'm used to in Japan. The shark fin doesn't feel like high-grade shark fin, but the taste and cooking method make it feel like the first shark fin I've ever eaten.
The overall taste is strong, so even if you're a local, you'll be satisfied.
I would never come back to the store except for one reason...
Please come and see it once.
If anyone knows the answer, please let me know.
