I ordered a Special rich red sea bream ramen and it was my first fish soup base ramen.
I enjoyed it to every last string of ramen.
It has a unique taste(red bream smell and flavor) from the other ramen.
The smoked pork was very good, it was perfectly cooked.

Interesting style of ramen that tastes strongly of fish, specifically red sea bream (真鯛).
I got the Deluxe Thick Sea Bream Ramen (特製濃厚真鯛らーめん). It was very good. I really enjoy thick ramen broth. This broth had a fishy taste but was not over powering. Although, it is pretty rich so beware!
I would say that niboshi (煮干し) ramen is more umami and smoky. Whereas this red sea bream (真鯛) is pretty similar just a bit more fishy.
The touch of lemon or Yuzu zest is really nice. The pork also goes well with the broth.
I really enjoyed this ramen 🍜

A good fish based ramen thats not thats not the niboshi type. Noodles, broth and egg were good but I didn’t like the roast pork.
if I can get in with no line then would definitely go again
