A suburban shop with a view of the port from the window. The chef is in charge of everything from serving customers to cooking. When you sit at the counter, you can watch the chef skillfully prepare the food right in front of you. Ordered pork lunch and tongue stew lunch.
First, we received some rock mozuku in a small glass bowl with a spoon. Since the port is right in front of you, you can probably get fresh seafood.
Next is salad, main course, bread (rice), dessert, and coffee.
There were several other customers, but we didn't have to wait long and our food was served.
However, in order to do everything efficiently by myself in the open kitchen, I use pots, pans, and tableware a lot, so it makes a lot of noise (lol)
If you want to eat quietly, be patient.
As for the taste, everything is delicious. The tongue stew is well-cooked and fluffy! The garnished potato chips were also delicious.
There are two types of desserts and they are voluminous.
