Chef Mizuguchi's cuisine has become even more sophisticated and evolved since moving.
3 minutes walk from Fushimi Station,
Likely to win 2024 AWARD at 100 Famous French Restaurants
Visited "Maison DIA Mizuguchi".
This will be my first visit after the move.
Make a reservation for the lunch course (8,800 yen) at 12:00 on Saturday.
I heard.
The lunch course consists of 8 dishes.
2 amuse dishes/appetizers/2 hot appetizers/fish dishes/meat dishes/
Dessert/coffee, black tea, or herbal tea included.
Every dish looks and tastes amazing!
Everything was beyond my imagination and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I particularly liked the cod milt meuniere.
Grilled and fragrant,
Creamy and flavorful milt and creamy tengu eggplant
The combination is outstanding, with the gorgonzola sauce.
It packed a punch!
It was delicious till the end.
This is 8,800 yen too cheap!
If you live in Tokyo, you can afford to pay 20,000 yen.
