At Manzara Honten, we pride ourselves on our commitment to using only the finest seasonal ingredients. Our obsession with quality means we select the sweetest sea bream and the freshest fish available to create dishes that burst with flavor.
Our menu features a range of Kyoto specialties, including obanzai, tofu, and dishes made with locally sourced vegetables. One of our signature creations is the broiled mackerel sushi, a delicacy that embodies the essence of our cuisine. We also offer the classic Gindara Saikyo-yaki, a testament to Kyoto's rich culinary history.
