I went to try their dipping noodle (つけ麺) for lunch. I chose the fish favor and it’s so good. The dipping sauce also come with a small side dish on the side and I don’t know what it is for. The owner of the restaurant was so nice to draw it on a piece of paper and explained in English for me! Thank you very much for your kindness 🙏

White dried sardines and soy sauce ramen.

The combination of the clear soup of dried sardines and homemade noodles is quite delicious.

The volume is perfect with 3 types of char siu. The moistness of the pork and chicken rare pork char siu is amazing, and the aromatic grilled pork char siu is also delicious.

As time goes by, the heat of the rice melts the beef fat in the Beef Toro Flakes Bowl. At the end, the sense of unity between the beef and rice is irresistible.

The average unit price is a little high for a ramen shop, but they are very particular about the ingredients, so if you take that into consideration, it's a reasonable price.

This ramen shop is run by a former French chef, and the owner is a woman.

As it is made by a woman, it is delicate and has a delicate taste! ️

The lobster-flavored oil soba is also delicious with a lot of shrimp aroma, and there are a lot of vegetables in it, but I feel that they are very particular about not adding any vegetables with a lot of water so that the taste does not become bland.

The black truffle special smells like truffles as soon as it arrives❗Of course, the taste of the soup before and after melting is completely different and delicious❗

The tsukemen is homemade flat noodles with a nice wheat aroma! ️

The oyster soba, available only during the winter season, is filled with plenty of oysters and is delicious!
The soup had a strong oyster flavor and was delicious!
