This place has awesome soup curry. Their spice blend is unique - definitely worth the trip down from the resort area.
Their veggies are super fresh and are definitely the stars of the show. They have so many ways of combining the soup-meat-veggie-spiciness-extras that you will be able to create something that fits your taste and appetite.
It's a small place (20 seats), so be prepared to wait. There were only 2 gents running the entire place and there were 2 other groups that were seated just before we came, so our wait was much longer than normal. A single who walked in much later got his meal within 15 min.
We'll definitely come back.
(Side note - they do takeaway too, if you want to order ahead and beat the queue and the crowd.)

This hole-in-the-wall (it seats a maximum of 16 or so) has very unique curries - they’re not as thick as a normal Indian-style curry or gravy-like curries. Definitely get the coconut milk add-on! It’s so flavorful.
Their recommended “normal” spice level, 2, is flavorful but not spicy. If you like heat, get a higher number. It’s all made to order, so it takes a while.
The mango lassie was also interesting - it was very mild in mango flavor and not overly sweet, which I liked, as it complemented the food better that way.

Beautiful soup curries. Clean and flavoursome. Small space with a warm atmosphere. Not sure if you book or not. Service can be a little abrupt….. but our group of 4 had a fabulous experience!

I visited 20 times (above) already in this restaurant for 2 winter seasons. Every time I took my friends to come and they were always so satisfied ☺️ my favourite food is seafood with coconut soup with spicy lv3.

The curry is excellent and they offer a wide variety of spice levels. I had the meat curry as well as the king markie on two different nights and they were both good. It's a mostly self service restaurant, so don't expect to be brought anything other than what you ordered.
