Maru Ginza is famous for lunch
This time I visited at night and it was a delicious meal.
When I ate sushi, I was shown to a counter seat, which I thought was amazing.
The craftsman who was making the pieces was not at our pace and kept making them. Why was he shown to the counter? Isn't it because we want you to eat freshly made delicious sushi?
It's a bit of a shame. The sushi was lined up one after another and the meal was rushed. It seemed a bit different.
It was a meal that did not leave me feeling satisfied.
Of course the food is delicious

This time I had the sushi type.
The soy sauce was sweet. Also, I felt like the sushi was cold.
However, it went well with the soy sauce and was delicious.
I felt like there were a lot of items other than sushi. I didn't need dessert, so I wanted to enjoy the sushi a little more.
It was reasonable and delicious.
Next time I will order meat!

I stopped by for lunch. This is a modern and beautiful sushi restaurant located just one block from the main street in Ginza. I think the price of ¥2,000 (tax included), which comes with nigiri sushi, a small side dish, and a dessert, is a very good value for money, but the price actually seemed to have increased from the day before. It can't be helped, but even at this price it's well worth it 🎵
The sushi was a nice size and had my favorite red vinegar.
