Marushima Review Summary

We had lunch Kaiseki menu here. The waitress helped recommend great sake to go along with the meal as well. The chefs came out to show us the food and explain each dish as well. Excellent food and wonderful service, highly recommended.

Very nice set lunch and incredibly affordable. Service was nice and fast. They have options for coursed kaiseki but also if you don't have a lot of time they have simpler options.

You can enjoy masterpieces of Japanese cuisine with fresh foods of each seasons.
Master chief and staffs are very kindly and friendly, they can recommend Sakes and Wines which are suit for each foods.

What a wonderful experience! The dinner was excellent, tasty and beautiful, the chef explained the dishes in English and even helped us to understand the specifics of certain ingredients - thank you and your team so much! The atmosphere and other guests were also very friendly and welcoming to us, foreigners with some, but not too much, experience of traditional Japanese cuisine. The evening will remain in our memory.

A fantastic restaurant! We had a family meal at the Marushima and we ordered the beef and fish set. The meal was totally outstanding, the chef paid a lot of attention to details and he was very kind to explain every dish in English as much as possible. I would recommend this restaurant without doubt!
