A bit tucked away from the busiest parts of Kamakura, this small bakery makes great bread. The only slight downside is that it's mostly take out, with just one table and a couple small benches around.

It's quite chewy!
This is a hard-core bakery with no objections â€ïž
I bought Dainagon, cranberry cheese, and fougasse, and although I intended to just have a snack before dinner, I couldn't resist the exquisite chewy texture! ïž
The taste of the Dainagon ingredients and the flavor of the bread dough were so good that I ate it all.
It's quite heavy, so it's filling, so if you want to try a variety of things, it might be a good idea to eat half and half.
If you like hard foods, please try this texture without slicing.
The only reason I didn't get a full star rating was for cash payments...I hope that other payment methods such as QR will be available in the future.

It's a little hard to find because it's not along the road but in a corner called Walk Omachi, but it's recommended for those who like hard bread.
