I lined up from 5 o'clock and got into the first round.
I was lucky enough to sit right in front of the general.
The way he handles the tongue is so cool 😎
I was so fascinated by it that I didn't have time to chat.
It's also fun to watch the collaborative play with the staff. There are about 20 customers coming in all at once at 6pm, so it's a big battle in the kitchen.
As soon as a highball order comes in, the people who hold the glasses, the people who put ice in them, and the people who put alcohol in them are amazing.
Orders for alcohol come in one after another, but it seems like they are handed out to one person for 10 seconds, so they don't keep the customers waiting.

The meat is served at once for 20 people, so the speed is amazing. Once it's on the plate, it's quickly distributed.
It takes less than a minute to eat, and then the chef prepares the next part. Three types can be eaten as sashimi and grilled. When it was busy, I was told to wait for the simmered food, and there was also a bucket of simmered food. The loin rolls were delicious. I was blown away by how delicious the sashimi was. I would like to come here again for my Kyoto tour.

I went to make a reservation with a friend. I was really excited about this store as I had been interested in it for a while. When I was led to a private room, I felt calm and I quite liked it. I ordered a variety of things at the restaurant's discretion, and I was impressed by how delicious they all were. The animal dishes were really fresh and so delicious that I wanted a second helping. The seasoning was quite simple, but the flavor was perfect! I ordered a sake highball and it was a little strong, but it was really delicious!

I sat down at the counter as I was guided.

Other than ordering a beer, they do as they please and silently eat the meat dishes that are served to them one after another.
The raw meat called sashimi was a particularly surprising eating experience.
