Approximately 8 small plates and sashimi, including appetizers,
The amount is so good that you can eat it in two bites.
After that, there were 8 pieces of nigiri, 1 type of roll, and it was finished in a bowl. With a gentle grip, the rice is fluffy.
It was a stress-free meal.
It was my first time to try the small plate of sea bream milt.
Even though it was a white roe, it had a strong taste of sea bream and was delicious.
The red bean liver in early spring had an elegant impression and was delicious, unlike the winter red bean liver.
As for the nigiri, I liked the basket.
Personally, I thought the pickled tuna was a little salty, and the kappamaki was better. The miso soup at the end had almost no toppings and was elegant and delicious.
The owner was friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly, showing off his good nature.
It was also a store that I would definitely like to visit.
thank you very much.

I tried to make a reservation over the phone two or three times in the past, but I gave up because it was full. This was a long-awaited visit.
Conclusion, great! A wonderful shop that I would like to visit again!
(20,290 yen for two people. Best value for money)
This time, I made a reservation through Tabelog and had a course meal.
I also told the chef about my preferences for Japanese sake and left it up to him!
Roughly speaking, this day's course is
1. Enoki, cabbage, fried tofu ohitashi
The gentle flavor of the soup stock will make you feel warm.
2, Noresore with dashi soup and yuzu
Conger eel fry. It feels like Shinta and is very refreshing!
3. White fish sashimi: red sea bream, gurnard, golden sea bream
Also served with roasted sake containing wasabi stems. The aged sashimi has a high sweetness and goes well with alcohol.
4.Steamed white shellfish
The meat is plump and the liver is mixed in, making it a delicious dish.
5. Hotaru Squid and Scallops with Vinegar Miso
The balance is exquisite, and the sweetness is very high.
6. Shime mackerel sashimi
I think the vinegar is stronger than other sushi restaurants so that you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients. However, because of this, the freshness remains, and the oil and mackerel taste exquisite.
7, Cooked radish and red bean liver
Serve gently and refreshingly. This is my first time making stew of red bean liver, but it is refreshing and really delicious.
8. Homemade Karasumi
This is also delicious with less salt
9, Lean meat
Firm red meat. Royal taste
10. Hairy crab loosening stain
The sake goes on as you slowly pick it.
11. White fish tempura
It's lightly salted and perfectly balanced. I ate so much that it ran out quickly.
Sushi from here
Since it's Edomae, it comes with nikiri or salt, so there's generally no need to add soy sauce yourself.
12, Squid
There is a hidden knife so you can enjoy the softness. Maximum sweetness with salt
13, White meat, I forgot the name (sorry...)
14, red shellfish
Crunchy texture and sweet taste
15, small skin
Just like shime mackerel, the perfect vinegar flavor. Personally, I really like the tightness!
16, Prawns
Sweet, soft and satisfying to eat
17, Chutoro
It melts in the mouth
18, Sea urchin warship
Enjoy the precious sea urchin deliciously in these times.
19, Hosomaki cucumber and ark shell string
From the texture to the timing of the thin rolls, I was once again reminded that a lot of thought had been put into this course. Perot complete meal
20, egg
It's baked with something like green seaweed, so it's gentle.
21, Miso soup (I forgot the photo)
Gentle and warm
That's all for the course meal. The variety of products and the talk from the general are great, and it's a store I'd like to visit again! The portion may be too much for women, but I was able to make a small sushi rice bowl!
As for alcohol
2 beers
3 cups of Japanese sake chilled
The bill is
It was 20,290 yen! I think it's pretty cost-effective!
(Course meal price is 8,000 yen)
