Opening on October 17, 2023, Takeo-chan, who is opening an independent store, has a background as a store manager at the former Hechikan Fukutomi-cho main store, and is a famous master store owner in Nishikawaguchi, Higashiogu, Minami Otsuka, etc. I have a close relationship with both of them, so it feels like the long-awaited appearance of a super big name! !

I arrived at 14:05 on Sunday, and I was lucky to not have to wait in line ^^
After being greeted cheerfully by the handsome manager, I bought 1,000 yen Chinese noodles (salt) and 500 yen from Heartland from the ticket vending machine, and was guided to the counter by a pretty staff member, where I quenched my thirst at Heartland. It wasn't long before the rice bowl arrived.

Two large pieces of grilled pork are served in a beautifully shining golden soup, with fried onions, mitsuba leaves and green onions on top, and menma and seaweed on the outside 🍜

Then, I take a sip of the soup. It feels like it has a lot of oil, but the rich and complex flavors of the chicken and seafood will captivate you right away.
The fried onions also have a good effect on the taste, and the noodles are thin and supple, but have a firm chew to them, which I really like! !

The two types of grilled pork are wonderful, with no odor and the fat is sweet, making me wonder if they are branded pork. It makes me think ^^🐷

The noodles have already come together well and are wonderful, but they will continue to work on improving them every day, so I'm looking forward to the future! ! I want to go eat soy sauce soon! ! !

Congratulations on opening your store. Hongo 3-chome has become even more of a ramen battleground.
The salt I received today had a very good aroma and flavor, and the word mellow could be best described. I would like to visit this place again soon and try the soy sauce as well.
I've been to Udonuki in Yokohama Kannai many times and the marinated egg was good each time, so I'm very happy to be able to eat it here as well. I was hungry, so I had both of the drinks in their entirety instead of half. It would be better if the black vinegar had garlic in it, and the richness of the oysters was irresistible. Both went perfectly with today's salt soup.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to add more char siu today, so I'd like to try some more next time. Thank you for the meal, I will come again.


I went there because the manager of a famous store in Ueno and Yokohama became independent and opened on October 17, 2023. Since he has a wide network of contacts, he received a lot of flowers to celebrate. Congratulations on your opening 🎉
I sat on a chair outside and waited, and after being prompted by the staff, I bought a meal ticket. The menu was limited to Chinese noodles and aedama.
Buy a ticket for Chinese noodles and choose either soy sauce or salt. The topping ticket was ¥150, and I had to choose between flavored egg, seaweed, or menma, so I chose seaweed ☝️ 5 pieces of high-quality seaweed.
The noodles are wavy and go well with the round, chicken-based soup. Although the chashu was thinly sliced, it was a delicious meat that was soft and full of flavor.
The salt also has a good reputation, so I would like to try it next time 🥰
