Very filling, hard noodles, lots of garlic, tasty thick broth, thick and cold slices of Charsu, reminds me of Jiro Ramen. Just don’t expect to walk out feeling healthier than before you walk in. This is the type of Ramen I would try maybe once a month when I plan on only having one meal a week.
Waiting in line was not worth it, and the interiors are definitely Jiro style, never peaked at the kitchen and wouldn’t want to either.

The tsukemen is good. If you have a big appetite, you can choose a medium serving (中盛) of noodles at no additional cost. You can also get the regular serving (並盛) and partner it with one of their mini-rice bowls. But you might lose your appetite if you see their filthy kitchen floor.

You won’t feel that they put the same amount of effort in making their signature tsukemen as they do in designing the store interior. The inside looks like a horseshoe-shaped counter and kitchen are just added to an abandoned stock room.

There is a dedicated space with seats at the back of the store for people waiting in line. Depending on your internet provider, you might experience no signal. This is probably because the store is located at the basement. With no internet, there isn’t really much you can do to keep yourself occupied while waiting for your turn to be seated.

Famous for Karakarauo. Their ramen & tsukemen is great but the service is just a regular noodle shop. Buy ticket and tell your taste preferences, then wait.

Adding this to one of my favorite spicy ramen. Got the Kara-Kara UO. The broth was super thick and rich. It’s overpowering at first but once you keep slurping, it’s hard to stop. The noodles was nice and chewy which complements the rich broth. The menma was perfectness as it absorbs all the broth flavor and adds that crunchy texture. The pork just melts away and it’s just heaven when you combine all in one slurpy bite. Nommm nommm...

They also have an instant ramen version of this which I had several times before having the real one. After having the real one, I don’t think I could have the instant again, but it’s close enough.

Highly recommended if you love spicy ramen!

Not so bad. To be surprised, I prefer Inoshou cup noodles.
