Didn't expect really good tsukemen and mazesoba from this small shop. Worth a go if you happen to be nearby and feeling like some 🍜.

こんなに美味しいラーメンは札幌にない!
They're making Ramen that it's super super good taste. My recommendation is "Mazesoba"
I think Its sooooo interesting for you. That's why, you can eat 3 pattern Ramen!! First step is normal Ramen and then they give to you small rice into the Ramen, finaly you can take some soup, but if you want.
Carefully, when you eat first step you don't have to eat everything you eat just noodle.
Finally, Mazesoba is no soup. It's not normal Ramen.
Thank. Hope you like it.

This has to be one of the more memorable ramen shops that I have been to in a long time. The ramen chefs take their craft seriously and each bowl of ramen is meticulously prepared. The award winning seafood tonkotsu shoyu ramen was excellent. The Eiji Style Sapporo ramen is very different than the typical Sapporo style miso ramen with a hint of Japanese curry in the soup base. The tsuekemen is relatively more typical, but still well executed. Definitely a must visit ramen shop when in Sapporo. There is a car park close to the shop where parking is free for the first hour.
