Savory and umami packed shoyu and shio ramen. The yuzu white shoyu ramen adds a dash of zestiness that enhances the broth even further. Great ramen for any time of day.

This ramen shop is a bit of a walk from the station, but the rich shoyu base broth was amazing, matching the thin noodles, bamboo shoots, scallions and braised pork! Finished this simple yet elegant bowl with a creamy flavored egg.

Pretty good ramen place in Gakugei-daigaku area. I’ve seen a long line several times and wanted to give it a shot. Went there for late Friday lunch, and waited for 10 min.

The chef had experience at the famous Setagaya ramen restaurant, and I felt the influence.

You can upgrade to Shiro-shoyu ramen by 100 yen (looks like no ticket from the vending machine. Just ask a staff and hand a 100 coin over the counter). The contrast between regular shoyu and shiro-shoyu is nice.

There’s a table for 4 in the back. During the pandemic, I was uncomfortable sitting and eating there because another customer was sitting in front of me very close, even though there was a separating plate.

Got the recommendations from my coworker and it was also Michelin guide. There wasn’t any wait during lunch time so we were lucky. I got the Yuzu Shoyu ramen. Loved the quality of all the ingredients. My partner got the shoyu, and it was top quality. I almost switched bowls with her.

    Highly recommended!

Tha ramen here was really good I got the yuzu white soy sauce ramen with the egg. I was a clear broth without overwhelmingly strong taste it was more like something you enjoy when your in the mood for something light. Also the yuzu added tons of citrus taste and went really well with the salty taste of the broth. They had 2 diffierent types of pork belly on top one roasted pork and the other the more traditional type of char su.
