This could be the best ramen I have had the privilege of tasting. Goto (owner server) san asked several times if I can handle the level of spice I am ordering. Watching him cook is almost as therapeutic as the ramen itself. Yes the Ramen fully neutralized the winter temperature made my trip worthwhile. This is what a ramen made by twenty years of hard work looks like. What was surprising was that none of the spice interfered with the taste of the ramen itself. It's like the dozen spices in breyani when cooked by a maestro that doesn't diminish the taste of basmati rice. So in a sense this is the biryani of ramen. That's the highest compliment I can give.

Your typical local ramen shop, but has a more fiery twist on it, literally. Went there the three of us, 2 of us ordered the fire ramen and 1 the original one.
Each of us customized the spicy and numbness level, so we all got different kind of taste.
We really like it that the taste profile almost nothing like traditional Japanese ramen (cuz that's what we're looking for!), the spicy and numbness really makes the overall taste really good and addictive.
For the fire topping, well there are mixed review. For 1 of them, the fire went out faster than the other, and upon eating it taste too much of alcohol, it almost destroyed the whole experience. While for the other, the fire lasts a long while, really give that smokey aroma, but in the end when only the soup remained, it tasted quite bitter like one would expect when drinking alcoholic drink.
As for the normal regular one, it tastes really good that I will definitely go back for that.
But the three of us agree that their condiments are very well made, especially the pork! For a sauteed pork, it was crispy on the outside but very juicy and chewy on the inside without having that oily feeling. Recommended!

A few months ago our favorite Japan content creator, Paolo from Tokyo, did a video on this place and we IMMEDIATELY put it on our list. It did not disappoint!
The spicy ramen is definetly spicy, i did the normal and my sinuses opened up. He runs this shop by himself and puts effort into each dish. You can feel the passion.
So much flavor in the miso garlic shrimp ramen my wife had custom made. I added the flame to my ramen for giggles and was a fun addition. This has been the best ramen I've ever had.

Visited on a recommendation, and oh boy were they right. It's hard to find unique ramen in Tokyo but this was different. The owner was friendly, my Japanese is pretty broken but he was still accommodating and welcoming. I had the spicy ramen, which was actually spicy. I'm looking forward to returning.

It was a very nice experience dining here. We were seated where we can view the teppanyaki area. The chef is very kind and offered us aprons and a hair tie because I forgot mine at home. It was a bit busy because it’s the weekend, we waited in line for about 15minutes and when we were seated, the line outside got longer. The ramen was really good. Seeing the process of how the ramen was prepared made me appreciate how much effort was put in every bowl of ramen. It is well curated. The selection of different textures made it a perfect bowl for me. We were delightfully surprised by how delicious the gyoza is. Maybe it’s because it was cooked teppanyaki style. It was one of the most delicious gyozas I’ve ever had. We will definitely go back again.
