Solid bowl of soba. If you like ramen, I recommend the thick oyster 🦪 option. The flavor is intense, the meat is tender. The mazesoba was the biggest surprise. Flavor bomb of different tastes. It also had a hint of dry steak rub flavor...made it almost taste like a taco. Try putting vinegar on it.
