Visited on weekday at lunch. 6 people line up waiting. I see only one man runs the shop. So amazing!

🤩 I ordered special shio ramen. It came with huge portions with a lot of topping.
The shio soup is remarkable. Umami, not too salty and had some sweetness. Oishi!
Wonton did very well.
I like the chicken ball the most. It melted in my mouth.
Egg is perfectly cooked.

5 star Michelin guide rated ramen shop. The chicken based soup is off the charts good. Perfect for a cold snowy day. Really warmed the soul. The ordering process is easy..just put money in the machine and hit the button. Dan Dan noodles are not scortching hot and really hit the spot.

Had the salt ramen. So delicious. I would recommend going early, as it was very busy when I came out, but there was not much wait when I arrived (about 11.20). Worth the trip in the heat 🔥

Got the shoyu Ramen , loved it! Small shop, super friendly owner. Next time i go with the Tantanmen. Gochiso sama!

Shio Ramen and Shirunashi Tantanmen are highly recommended.
No need to go for Extra Rich on tanatanmen.
Regular richness is more than enough.
Wish they allow to buy Banno-Negi(Spring Onions) as topping for the Tantanmen.

Since this is a single man operation and seats are limited, Expect a 30min+ waiting time during the peak hours.
