Sign. A ramen restaurant a bit difficult to find. Nice clean interior with good music. Clear round and good soup. No MSG. Abundant fragrant noodles. Pork sous vide but a bit chewy.

Love the Shio Ramen. Noodles were al dente, and the pork was done medium-medium rare (like kurabuta) The service was delightful and helpful for non Japanese.
