Messe Kuma Tokyo Store Review Summary

Great okonomiyaki restaurant located near Tokyo station. They offer dishes prepared by the staffs for those who do not wish to make their own okonomiyaki!

Used at night. There is a griddle on the table, but the staff cooks the okonomiyaki in the kitchen. It was a thick okonomiyaki with plenty of meat and was delicious.

Visited around 12:00 on a weekday. I was alone, but he let me sit at a table.
I ordered Negioko. A dish consisting of okonomiyaki topped with beef tendon, raw egg, and plenty of green onions. This is the first time I've heard the name, but apparently it's a specialty of Messekuma.
It was very tasty, but there was a lot of sauce on it, which was disappointing. It would be better if you could adjust the amount of sauce yourself.
Mayonnaise is absolutely delicious. It was so delicious that I asked the staff, who told me that it was made with homemade mayonnaise.

You can also add a set meal set (rice and miso soup).

Personally, I like the yakisoba noodles to be thick.
I like how chewy it is.
