The puffer fish is sliced a little thicker, and the liver is served in an assortment of three types: simple, topped with green onions and grated maple leaves, and parboiled. When I wondered what liver was, I was told it was red bean liver.
As for the taste, the meat is chewy and has an indescribable rich flavor that gives it a slightly matured feel.
For a shockingly delicious way to eat it, wrap the red bean liver with green onions and serve with salt! This way of eating is amazing! ! (lol)

It's indescribably creamy. There is no fishy smell at all, and the sweetness and richness spread throughout your mouth. Happiness world is fully open! !
・Grilled blowfish
The slightly spicy fugu is grilled over charcoal right in front of you, and you can devour it freshly grilled. Also, the deliciousness of the skin is shocking! ! (Laughs) It has a unique softness that you want to keep in your mouth forever, and a mysterious texture that makes you bite into it after a few bites.
·Temari Sushi
Bite-sized fugu temari sushi. It's refreshing, and the salt brings out the sweetness of the blowfish.
・Fried blowfish
Enjoy two types: deep-fried style and simple. Although it is light, it has a unique flavor that gradually spreads.
・Tecchiri
Now, it's time for the main blowfish course. In the case of blowfish, the first part is like a double protagonist. (lol)
Add green onions, garland chrysanthemums, tofu, etc. to the pot and serve with ponzu or salt. Salt is also very useful here! !
・rice porridge
The final touch is, of course, rice porridge. I requested a dashi with plenty of fugu flavor and a little bit of soup. There are no words needed, this is the moment of bliss.
