Mr. Mieda is a wonderful Japanese kappo counter. It seems to be loved by locals as well, and there were 4 regulars at the 8-seat counter, and we made reservations for the rest. I had heard the day before that the general was really scary and scary, so I was excited to visit him, but I was so excited to see the general with such a wonderful smile that it melted my heart. Needless to say, the food is a beautiful work of art. I forgot the name of the dish, but I pretended that the first dish I posted was a small meal, but I ate 10 dishes. It was super delicious. There were two people running the counter and I think there were only two people in the hall. I think Kenzo Estate was the main wine seller. I added morning soup for now. The owner, who runs a crowded and busy restaurant with the well-trained body of a fighter, certainly looks scary, but the tingly tension is very pleasant, and while he is excited about the next dish, he wonders what will happen next. Curiosity that makes you want to know more about who you are. An elementary school student looks at the general with the same gaze as if he were in love with a high school student. However, I end up getting drunk first and having fun. It's a comfortable shop.
When the cooked rice is steaming and cooked, the timid chef gently mixes the freshly cooked rice. From this point onwards, as the shop settles down towards closing, the owner slowly joins the conversation. He told us a lot about Hokkaido, even though we didn't know much about the area since we had come from Tokyo. The chef was so kind and smiling that I wondered what they had talked about the day before, and my heart was filled with the beautiful food. "Have you been to that part of Hokkaido? Over there to Abashiri. Abashiri and Nemuro have yellowtail..."
For some reason, when I hear the word Abashiri from the general who talks about fish, it gives me a feeling of security, coolness, and just the right amount of tingling. I was drunk and numb.
I think the cost for wine and alcohol is just under 50,000 yen per person. I was very happy that such a selected store is located in Sapporo, and that it is valued and loved by so many people. I won't write about the dishes because they change with the seasons. I've also posted some photos. This restaurant has one Michelin star and is probably difficult to reserve, but I think you can make a reservation if you make a reservation in advance. We were able to secure a seat through an introduction. It's a famous store that you won't know unless you visit.
I hope this helps.
