Fluffy and refreshing, the whitebait and crunchy lettuce are not overly crunchy. It's a wonderful finish that has been calculated in a lot of ways.
Unfortunately, the egg soup is slightly lukewarm, but if the seasoning is light, the dried sardines soup stock is solid, and it's smooth and delicious. Is it something like that if it is hot, the flavor will fly away?
Appetizers are Yodaredori, Akashi octopus Chinese style, pickled radish and perilla, and apricot flavored tomato.
All very good.
