Went there for my birthday dinner and proved it's a right choice. We asked for counter seats as we loved to watch the team preparing the food.
Owner/Master Sommelier Nishibetto san has long experience as wine sommelier, designed good pairing list, chef Nishi san also demonstrated his highly finished washoku skills.
We had a great night and happy to add a new name in our Kyoto restaurant lists.
