You may not find better Yakitori restaurant than this one. Very fresh and tasty course menu offering. Excellent level of service. Clean and nice. The only con is that it's hard to make a reservation. (Onlu thru phone or store visit) but no regrets.

This yakitori restaurant is extremely difficult to reserve and has received one Michelin star since its first year of operation. This is a very popular restaurant that attracts many gourmet people.
The owner, General Kawana, offers courses that include not only yakitori but also a la carte dishes, all of which are extremely delicious. A gentle yet deep flavor that brings out the flavor of the ingredients. I love the balance of this flavor.
The course is omakase only. The content changes little by little each time. The menu changes depending on what is purchased, so you can enjoy new dishes every time you go.

This was my first visit in a while, but it was still excellent. The skewers that start with the seseri are cooked to the perfect degree. It takes advantage of the flavor of the ingredients and has an outstanding texture. I get the impression that there are more sauce-based items than before.
The a la carte dishes are also great. The fried tofu is always crunchy and delicious. The meat stuffed green peppers and Kyo Wakachi chicken thighs have crispy skin, elasticity, and are super juicy.
I always worry about finishing, but this time I chose tandan noodles. It's definitely delicious. My wife had oyakodon. Oyakodon is melty and really delicious. I'll probably have to worry about finishing the next time I visit. . .
