This shop is run by Hiroyuki Mita, who honed his skills in Suzue and other areas.

The fish is purchased from a fish shop in Katsugi, and the dishes are made with Mr. Mita's expression while respecting the flavor of the ingredients.
The dishes, mainly old dyed ones, carefully selected by the owner are also pleasing to the eye.
A famous restaurant where you can enjoy seasonal meals with warm customer service from the wife.

This was my first visit to ``Takeyamachi Mita,'' which is rumored to be unable to take reservations up to two years in advance. Counter with only 6 seats. Simple setup. I'm excited to see what kind of food I can have.

The best seasonal ingredients are served one after another. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dishes, which were carefully sourced and made with simple yet careful techniques.
My friends who were with me enjoyed the marriage with the delicious alcohol, and before they knew it, it had lasted for 4 hours! It has been a while.
Next time, I plan to visit Kasumi when he has crab. It's been a while, but I have something to look forward to again.

``Takeyamachi Mita'' run by a husband and wife couple, Aun's atmosphere and the sincere personality of the two were also one of the factors that made me want to visit again.

It was a cold and snowy night, but the landlady was waiting for a taxi with an umbrella.
The taste and the couple were very gentle and delicious.
I can't forget the egg porridge at the end.
It seems that posting photos on Tabelog is not allowed, so I will refrain from posting photos.
This store is difficult to reserve. I wish I could come again
