Although the salt is mellow and modest, the soup stock has a strong effect and the overall taste is gentle.
Even the salt is specially ordered.
The private rooms are also luxurious spaces made with plenty of Japanese cypress wood.
Both the proprietress and the owner are polite and attentive to customers, making it a welcoming restaurant.
I'll bother you again!

It was located a little further away than I expected, and was tucked away in a residential area. The cooking course was determined by the budget asked at the time of reservation. All of the dishes were perfect, and I was especially impressed by how elegant the seasonings were. It wasn't hard to get a reservation, but it was difficult to get a reservation because not many people were able to come, probably because of the location, and I wasn't often seen in the media, but it seemed to be difficult on weekends. It was a little too much for me, and I was pretty full by the last bite. Women seem to be okay with ordering smaller portions from the beginning, so it might be a good idea to do so.
I want to come again in winter.

There are many restaurants in Kanazawa, but this one is my favorite. It's a very well-equipped restaurant, so it may seem a bit difficult to get into, but the owner and landlady are both very approachable, so you can feel at ease. Not to mention the food.
